1. What Tiny Text Generator does

Tiny Text Generator is a free browser-based tool that converts text into copy-and-paste Unicode styles. It may offer text styling, character and word counts, platform-fit checks, glyph selection, favourites, local history, saved snippets, and shareable links.

The Service is provided for personal and lawful use. It is also available for commercial use where that use complies with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Your text and the generated output

The text you type remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your original text simply because you use the Service to change its appearance.

Unicode characters and standard text encodings are not owned by Tiny Text Generator. The Tiny Text Generator name, wordmark, visual identity, website design, copy, and other original Service materials are owned by or licensed to VextoApps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are responsible for checking whether you have permission to use any text, brand names, copyrighted material, or other content you enter into the Service.

3. Use the tool responsibly

We built Tiny Text Generator to help people communicate with more personality. Please do not use it to cause harm.

You must not use the Service to generate, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or sexually exploitative. You must not use the Service to impersonate another person, mislead people about who you are, evade platform moderation, or interfere with another person's rights, safety, or access to a service.

You must also not attempt to damage, overload, reverse engineer beyond what applicable law permits, scrape at scale, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its hosting environment.

4. Platform compatibility and accessibility

The Service creates Unicode output. Whether that output displays correctly depends on the app, website, device, font, operating system, browser, and settings where you paste it.

We cannot guarantee that Instagram, X, TikTok, Discord, Facebook, or any other third-party platform will accept, preserve, display, index, or render a style in the same way it appears in Tiny Text Generator. References to those platforms are descriptive only. Tiny Text Generator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.

Some stylised Unicode text can be difficult or impossible for screen readers, search engines, translation tools, or assistive technologies to interpret. Please keep essential information, safety information, names, instructions, and important calls to action in plain, accessible text.

5. Local data and shareable links

History, favourites, and saved snippets are stored locally in your browser. They may disappear if you clear browser data, use private browsing, change devices, reset your browser, or encounter a device issue. We cannot recover local data for you.

If you choose to create a shareable link, your text is included in that URL. Do not generate or share links containing sensitive, confidential, personal, or identifying information. You are responsible for how and where you share your links.

6. Availability and changes

Tiny Text Generator is free to use and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

We may change, add, remove, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where practical, we will try to make significant changes in a sensible way, but we are not required to maintain any particular feature, style, or local data format indefinitely.

7. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VextoApps disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and compatibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VextoApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes loss of local history or snippets, formatting failures on third-party platforms, lost data, business interruption, reputational loss, or loss arising from content you choose to share.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold VextoApps harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you create, share, or publish using the Service.

10. Third-party services and voluntary support

The Service may link to third-party websites or services, including Buy Me a Coffee. Those sites are operated independently and their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

Any support you choose to provide through Buy Me a Coffee is voluntary. It does not create a subscription, contract for future features, ownership interest, or entitlement to support unless explicitly stated at the time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the applicable laws of Australia. You and VextoApps submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
